For some people, taking medication or some form of ointment, lotion, creams to look fresh or feel a whole lot better is necessary. But there are a lot of easy ways to do this and maintain a healthier look without the benefit of medication. The problem for some people though, is that this takes regular and constant care. But with consistency, thought and careful planning, it should become a habit one would end up doing well. These are actually beauty “secrets” that many celebrities subscribe to.
For instance, tired eyes can be uplifted with the help of cucumbers. But do you know that you can also make use of green tea for this? Put two bags of used green tea on the fridge for a couple of hours. When it’s time to use them, it should be cold and relieving when placed over the eyes.
If you have oily skin, you can keep oil off it using an oatmeal solution. If you have one for breakfast, take the leftovers and add a few drops of honey on it to make a face mask.
Honey is also helpful for chapped lips. Dab this over yours mixed with grounded coffee for a quick solution.
Lemon juice works plenty well with a lot of natural beauty regimen such as an astringent, which you can rub on to your face in the morning. Or as a skin whitener. Use this before you take your shower. But never use this if you have cuts and wounds on your skin.
